He also helps victims of cyber and crypto frauds, telephone scams and other frauds to recover their assets using the civil and criminal tools available to them. As the Asia lead for RPC's Cyber Incident Response team Jonathan helps victims of ransom attacks, data breaches and other cyber incidents to respond to and investigate the attack and to minimise the risks to their business and affected data subjects.
