9 | Laura St. John | Manifest Faster by 'Flipping' it
In today's episode of Born to Be, Sam sits down with Laura St. John, celebrity mindset coach and master manifester. Laura is most widely known for teaching people how to flip their struggles, and use them as fuel towards manifesting their goals. As a child, her parents taught her the importance of seeing life without labels or limits. She's appeared on NETFLIX, Access Hollywood, ABC, FOX, and in the pages of SHAPE and Women's Health.During the episode, Sam and Laura discuss the power of manifesting and the three powerful steps she teaches to help people move from where they are today, to the places and goals they want to reach. They explore one of the fastest methods for manifesting: training yourself to shift into the future version of you - one that feels little to no resistance to what you want to manifest - and then bringing that version of you into the present. They look at ways to use the people around you - those who are already succeeding - as an inspiration for your own efforts, as well as the importance of understanding and acknowledging the things you're not good at.Laura also reveals a fact many people miss in the manifestation process: that intent is merely the first step, action must follow to have a successful outcome.Join Sam and Laura for this insightful discussion! In addition, all listeners receive 20% off Private Group Coaching with Laura using the promo code: BORNTOBE.
