Today we sit with City of Baytown Councilwoman, Heather Betancourth, of District 4. We discussed her journey from Spring, Tx to when she fell in love with Baytown and made it her home. We took a look at her journey to City Council by way of her volunteer work with Imagine Baytown and how YOU can become a volunteer.
