Before we begin the episode, we’d like to acknowledge the devastating fires that engulfed the Los Angeles area, the place that most of the Paleteras team calls home. Our community has heartbreakingly lost their homes, belongings, pets, and even family members. Our hearts go out to all those affected by the fires. This episode explores the concept of home and what we’ve seen so far through these fires affirms that home is not just a place, but it’s in the people we cry, break bread, and rebuild with. We’re starting the year with a conversation that will hopefully warm your heart and spark introspection.
