EP 154 : What to do when your organic traffic declines

Are you losing organic traffic on your website day after day, month after month ? I understand how frustrating that can be especially if you've invested time, capital and a lot of effort in to your website.

Organic traffic like most Marketing metrics is a vanity metric and what matters are the KPIs your business has and whether or not they are being met.
