His podcast cohost was a teacher before becoming a comic in 2004. Crosby founded the sketch comedy group Pappy's. He performed in comedy festivals in Leicester, England; Melbourne, Australia; and Edinburgh, Scotland. As a writer, Crosby created the sitcom Badults and the comedy panel show Hypothetical.
