The Think Loud Crew podcast invites listeners to join them as they figure out parenthood together. The "Crew" is Cheyenne Floyd, sister R KyleLynn Floyd, and friend Shanan Cablayan. Cheyenne is a mom, TV personality, and philanthropist. R is an entrepreneur and mom of sons, and Shanan is a cosmetologist and single mom.

Although the trio grew up together, their experiences of parenthood aren't the same. Together, they support each other through their challenges as moms and independent businesswomen. They share updates on their lives every week and chat with fellow moms and entrepreneurs. Conversations on the podcast aren't always fun. The hosts discuss everything from mental health to rejection. In one podcast episode, they share their approach to reading and doing schoolwork with their kids. Shanan talks about her son Parker, who attends a progressive learning school. When he admits he feels behind with reading, Shanan seeks support from those around her. She recalls receiving a dyslexia diagnosis at the same age. Shanan shares how she has chosen to support Parker without adding pressure. One example is creating a family of readers at home. This would surround Parker with natural reading examples. Shanan explains how reading can be a fun and shared experience.
