In the 1930s a German doctor Friedrich Ritter and his partner Dori Strauch embarked upon a journey to the Galapagos Island to carve a new life for themselves away from the trappings of modern mankind. But the arrival of newcomers to their adopted island of Floreana would bring conflict, mystery, and even murder.
