As Black women, we face many systemic challenges. But we can't allow the shadow that casts to hold us back. Working together as a community to overcome these challenges is gonna require deeper, honest shadow work (not the kind that sounds trendy). We need the kind of shadow work that affirms our self-worth AND creates solidarity.
