This month's album of the month is by Elaine Delmar and called Speak Low which she recorded only last year (when she was 83!) from which I am playing two songs.  Other highlights include an amazing version of the song Jeepers Creepers which you might not be aware of and Broadway star Max Von Essen is Shimmy-ing like they do in Paree and its what they call - a showstopper.

In this month's podcast we feature a brand new album from the UK jazz singer Ian Shaw. With all songs written by Duke Ellington, you can rest assured you're in for some complete gems. Some will be familiar, but there are at least two rarities that some may not expect.We also feature the singer Mark Winkler with a song about the songwriter George Gershwin, as well as a few more surprises some may not expect.

In this month's podcast we have some unfamiliar new names - alongwith some regular favourites.  The emphasis though falls upon a special charity event well worth supporting for a well known and much loved performer who for some time has been unable to sing.
