Well, hello dear ones. It's been a long pause on here, longer than I'd wanted. I've missed hanging out with you here in this sacred, honest container curated to hold and honor the tender, true and deepest parts of ourselves that can sometimes feel too heavy and difficult to process or carry on our own, a space where this shared journey towards living out our one wild, messy, nuanced life is held, examined, and honored. Consider this first episode a hello again, a re-ignition, and a permission to pause, to human, and to re-emerge.
