Hello, dear ones. Thank you for joining me back in here. Today, I'm meeting you here solo with an invitation for you to join me to explore a topic that's been weighing on my heart and mind of late - friendships, in particular, the ones we have, had, or are trying to develop whilst in this phase of our 30s. I shared thoughts, learnings, and observations, and wrapped up with curiosities and inquiries about what worked for you when you're looking to cope with and manage the emotional turmoils brought about by friendships? My hope is that you find resonance, a sense of comfort and perhaps some light and guidance through my sharing that you're not alone in your experiences and feelings, and that we're capable of landing on methods that can help us through these experiences.
