Kelsey teaches group coaching programs on intuitive eating, helping clients learn how to trust themselves around food again, let go of destructive dieting behaviour and make peace with food and their bodies once and for all. There is not some bar of magnitude that if it is not “this,” then it doesn’t count. It all counts. [29:47]Make sure you get all the possible treatment options for your condition in the first encounter with your doctor. You shouldn’t have to lose weight to access the rest of your health care.
