The other day in office hours we had a powerful discussion about how my clients approach doing new things.
Almost every single one said that they needed to know what they needed to do, they needed to understand the lay of the land, have the plan mapped out before they start.
Whereas this is super important in brain surgery, large scale construction, and flight planning - this technique will not serve you as an entrepreneur.
In fact, the whole idea that we need to figure it out before we do the thing is business KRYPTONITE and impacts women in far greater numbers than it does men. We as women are more likely to not succeed in business because of our APPROACH to change and growth.
That sounds disheartening for sure, but it’s SO straightforward to resolve and get around. Not easy, but definitely doable. Join me today and lets talk about how you can make a couple of small shifts to your approach to trying new things that will get you right back on track to making the impact you dreamed of when you started your biz!
Note: This is a LIVE recording of the Stop Shoulding all Over Yourself podcast with a Q&A after! Please ask your questions while we’re recoding and we’ll go through them at the end!
