I wrote a follow-up email to the Peoria Dept of Public Health. I had previously emailed the Fulton County Health Department about the Illinois River CC kitchen. The prison kitchen is straight out of Gordon Ramsay's  "Hotel Hell." I wish Gordon could go in there and straighten things out!  Even a veteran like Ramsay would be sickened at all the health code violations at Illinois River. Fulton County told me to email the Peoria Regional Office of Public Health. They said that the Peoria Regional Office inspects the prison kitchen.
