These wellbeing plans are based on “The Six Pillars of Wellbeing” - Sleep, Light/Dark Exposure, Movement, Nutrition, Social Connection, and Stress Regulation. You can find information on the six pillars as well as a wellbeing plan worksheet on the Department of Health’s new Wellbeing Hub. The Hub has been designed with our people and environment in mind, and provides useful, accessible, and actionable wellbeing information and resources.
