When I talk about running a more gentle business I’m often met with the assumption that running a business more gently means NOT aiming for success, not aiming higher - and in this episode, I want to emphasise that it doesn’t HAVE to mean that at all.

2. Double down on the things you love
3. Know your numbers
4. Outsource where you can
5. Feel free to express yourself
6. Forgive yourself
7. Let go of the past
