We recorded this last year, in November, and have been saving it for the next Eclipse window which is 24-25th March 2024.
What is an eclipse window?
There are 2 or 3 eclipses every year. A solar and a lunar, and the eclipse window is the time between the two, between the new & full moon.
It is a heightened time to work on shadow healing as patterns that we normally keep hidden in the subconscious will come to the surface, making the eclipse window feel like an extraordinarily challenging time for many of us. But trust us, it is THE time to start pulling up those weeds of old beliefs and embrace the space for new patterns to be created.
