1. In what ways did you live a life true to yourself, as opposed to the life others expected of you?
2. How hard have you worked this year?
3. Think of times when you expressed your feelings or didnt express your feelings. How did you feel each time you expressed your feelings and how did you feel each time you did not express your feelings?
4. Are there any friends you’re estranged from that you would like to reconnect with? What will you do about it next year? What can you do about it right now?
5. List three of your happiest moments this year. How can you replicate and propagate more of these moments? How can you bring more Joy into your life?
