Hello Galactic Castaways, this is your mission controller Col. Laen August with a Special Alert Signal from Alpha Control: As some of you know, My trusty Co-Controller Kurt was directly affected for several days before & after by the devastating Hurricane Michael. The good news is that he & his family are safe & even though they are still dealing with the after-effects; as of today, they’re power & internet have finally been restored. Unfortunately, the storm also impacted our ability to produce a regular LIS review episode of the podcast. Happily, we have several really great guest interviews that were recorded earlier & since the show must go on, we’ll be releasing an interview ahead of schedule until Kurt & I can get back to producing our review shows. We strive hard to provide you with quality content on Alpha Control & maintaining that level of production value takes considerable time; So, I trust our listeners will bear with us during this difficult time for Kurt & his family. BTW-Kurt also wanted me to pass on his appreciation for all the heartfelt messages of concern & support he’s received from our listeners. As he said; all things considered, they fared better than many others that were hit by Michael.
