My Story Pt. 4 | Daycare With a Side Of Overwhelm

Well Off

21-11-2022 • 7 minutos

Welcome to part four of six of my story: what led me to where I am now.

When I started my at-home daycare, I worked 12-14 hour days. By myself. With minimal or no breaks. And as you can imagine, it didn’t go over well. I was neglecting myself and my well-being and was neglecting to listen to my body’s cues. While I did have “success” in one sense, it came at a huge cost. I knew I needed to change something.

In this episode, I speak about the impacts of how I was working, reflect on what I would change, and give that previous version of me advice.

As always, thank you so much for listening. To stay up to date, follow me on Instagram @balanced.entrepreneur. And, if you enjoyed today’s episode, please share it on your socials and tag me!
