ON this week’s episode I sat down with Nurse practitioner damian valle to talk about a case of septic arthritis. Damo is a nurse pract with a love for teaching and training. The case is an excellent example of why getting a clinical history is important and why reassessment is always so important. On the episode we spoke why doing a complete physical exam is paramount.
